In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty during the week ending Aug. 14 as follows: Lindsey Wilson, 31, of West Des Moines, operating while intoxicated-third offense; and Mason Lee Taylor, 21, of Lohrville, OWI-first offense. Trial dates were set for Sept. 29 in both cases.
Cases were initiated as follows: Eric C. Rosenow, 31, of Fort dodge, domestic abuse assault impeding air/blood flow; Jerry Wayne Kobrock, 63, of Des Moines, driving while license barred; and Juan Angel Guzman, 28, of Jefferson, harassment-first degree.
